When parts have been discontinued, we supply our customers with a “worst case scenario” quote, that way people know where they stand. The reason for this is when it comes to dismantling a door, an aluminium tilt and slide for example, where a part has to be made on site and then put it all back together, it can be hard to provide an exact amount of time, i.e. labour costs. However, we have lots of cases where we have managed to get the job done quicker and therefore reduced our costs accordingly.
